
Commercial Executive ı Flying Group
Main duties and responsibilities:

Prospect actively building long-term relationships with (potential) clients.

Guide the prospects and clients to suitable FLYINGGROUP solutions.

Handle incoming charter requests.

Follow-up interesting opportunities that were quoted.

Manage the administration and profitability of each sold mission.

Liaise with other departments to assess the feasibility of confirmed quotes in detail. Mitigate issues where required.

Issue the charter agreement (contract) and look after the correct execution by all

Follow-up on the invoicing and payment terms.
-
Monitor the preparation and execution of the charter missions.
-
Handle changes and rescheduling if this impacts the price, revenue, or owner’s approval conditions.

Represent FLYINGGROUP with the highest standards – Participate in network events and be a proud ambassador of the FLYINGGROUP brands and products.

Protect the interests of FLYINGGROUP, its partners, and its aircraft owners.

Adhere to the guidelines and principles outlined in the Charter Sales Procedure Manual.
Profile
-
You have experience in luxury, tourism and/or (business) aviation, preferably in a commercial role.

Good communication skills (written and spoken) in Dutch, French and English. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.

You have experience in the luxury segment in commercial or client-orientated roles

You are solution-driven and highly customer minded
-
You are well organized, resistant to stress, and able to multitask.

You have a good geographical knowledge

Experience in (business) aviation is a plus.

You are flexible and willing to work on weekends and out the office hours

You are a great team player with an enthusiasm for aviation
