Job Description
LIFE AS AN ACS BROKER

Build your list of potential clients by researching our own database, websites, LinkedIn and trade press, etc.

Proactively target your list through sales calls, emails and visits (both in-person and virtual) and convert them from leads to ACS clients.

Keep abreast of market trends; monitor costs and think in terms of profit, loss and value added.

Make formal presentations to key corporate decision makers.

Build strong working relationships with commercial aircraft operators to ensure the widest variety of aircraft available.

Understand in detail customer requirements e.g. Aircraft, catering and check-in requirements, managing the process from start to finish to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

Travel on flights when required

Requirements
THE PERSON

Ability to work independently, but enjoys working with people inside and outside the organization.

Enjoys working to achieve goals and objectives in a competitive environment.

Able to take a commercial perspective on all flights to ensure a profit.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong numeracy skills

Driver's license

Willingness to travel

32,000 per year plus bonus + 10% COMMISSION
