Job Description
LIFE AS AN ACS BROKER
Build your list of potential clients by researching internal and external databases, websites and social media.
Proactively target your list through sales calls, emails and visits (both in-person and virtual) and convert them from leads into ACS customers
Establish relationships with private jet operators to ensure we can offer the most suitable aircraft options for client requirements.
Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Make sure you consistently exceed both your sales activity and financial goals
Confirm that company procedures are followed methodically and chronologically to ensure the protection of both ACS and the client.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of the aircraft and the chartering process.
Manage charter flight bookings from enquiry to completion
Flight observation / flight departure supervision
Build a broad and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organization.
Make quick, clear decisions that may involve difficult choices or considered risks
Requirements
THE PERSON
Desire to immerse oneself in the role and commit to the demands of the position.
Ability to work independently, but enjoys working with people inside and outside of ACS
Enjoy working to achieve goals and objectives in a competitive environment.
Resilience with the ability to bounce back after setbacks
Able to take a commercial perspective on all flights to ensure mutual benefit for ACS and the customer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
