Job Summary:
As a Private Jet Broker, you will be responsible for advising clients on private aircraft options, managing the end-to-end booking process, and ensuring a world-class client service. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs, source suitable aircraft, negotiate terms, and coordinate with various parties to guarantee smooth and safe travel. You’ll leverage industry knowledge, professional networks, and a keen understanding of luxury service standards to close deals and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management and Relationship Building:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized service and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify clients’ travel needs, preferences, and special requirements to customize offerings and
recommendations.
Market Research and Aircraft Sourcing:
• Conduct research on available aircraft, operators, and routes to match client requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, aircraft availability, regulatory changes, and competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with aircraft operators to negotiate rates, availability, and terms to secure optimal
arrangements.
Sales and Deal Negotiation:
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, aircraft operators, and vendors.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients, ensuring all details align with their expectations
and budget.
• Drive the booking process through to completion, overseeing all administrative and logistical details.
Logistics and Coordination:
• Coordinate with operations teams, ground crew, and concierge services to ensure seamless flight
arrangements.
• Monitor flight progress, ensuring any last-minute client requests or changes are managed effectively.
• Address any client issues promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and professionalism.
Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure that all flights comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and manage contracts, invoices, and other documentation as required.
• Verify licenses, insurance, and certifications of aircraft operators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 2+ years at a Private Jet Charter Brokerage
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of private aviation, aircraft types & operational logistics
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to understand and
anticipate client needs.
• Sales Ability: Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, especially in managing complex schedules and arrangements.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiar with industry-specific
booking systems.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of resolving issues quickly under pressure
