Head of Sales Remote ı Menska

The role:

Our client is a rapidly growing business looking to bring on experienced brokers to launch the outside sales team. Unlike most brokering roles, where you source and deliver all of your own flights, the company provides a 24/7 charter department to source and deliver all of your bookings for you. This means your time is freed up solely to secure new relationships and clients for the business.

 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with

    high-profile clients, understanding their specific travel needs and preferences to

    provide tailored solutions.

  • Cold Calling: Make outbound sales calls building a list of prospective new clients.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about the private aviation market, including new

    aircraft types, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide the best service

    and advice to clients.

  • Client Consultation: Offering expert advice on aircraft options, routing, and logistics,

    helping clients select the most suitable solutions for their travel needs.

  • 24/7 Availability: Be available to respond to client inquiries and handle last-minute

    requests or changes, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and client satisfaction.

  • Management: To manage a small team of people

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in private jet charter broking, luxury sales, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of the private aviation industry, aircraft types, and charter regulations.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with high net-worth clients and deliver top-tier customer service.

  • Knowledge of CRM.

  • Sales-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible and available to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.

  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.

  • A passion for aviation and delivering an unparalleled client experience.

 

Compensation:

Fully negotiable basic

Commission is staggered up to 25%

 

Location:

Fully remote with monthly team meetings in London.
