Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Jet Charter Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in private jet charters, managing high-value clients and delivering tailored solutions. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with an international client base, managing complex charter requests, and collaborating across our group to create bespoke travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage private jet charter requests from enquiry to execution, ensuring a seamless client experience.

• Build and maintain relationships with UHNW individuals and corporate clients.

• Negotiate with operators to secure competitive pricing and availability.

• Collaborate with the group’s teams to create bespoke travel packages, incorporating jets, yachts, and other luxury services.

• Represent YourSky at high-profile events, networking and generating leads.

• Maintain accurate client and booking records in the CRM system.

• Stay updated on market trends, fleet availability, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in private jet charter brokerage.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of private aviation and global market trends.

• Familiarity with cryptocurrencies is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
