Job Summary:
The Junior Sales Charter is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets by identifying potential clients, assisting with sales negotiations, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support & Lead Generation
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales representatives.
2. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Support clients throughout the sales process and after-sales service.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets as assigned.
• Assist in negotiating pricing and contract terms under supervision.
• Work closely with marketing and senior sales executives to develop sales strategies.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
4. Administrative & Reporting Tasks
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
• Keep records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Assist with the organization of sales events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
• 1 year experience in sales or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
