Role:

You are part of a young, dynamic, and passionate team. Your main role is to proactively develop a business plan to increase the InsiJets brand recognition within the German-speaking region, and not only.
One of your daily tasks will involve educating, guiding and supporting prospects and new clients while providing top
Private Jet industry consulting. You introduce yourself and InsiJets on the phone to establish relationships and explore
business new business opportunities.
Your Business Development experience and communication skills are essential to strengthen relationships with what
we call a high calibre or high-class customer.
Place of work:
We require your presence at the Malaga office.

Essential requirements:
​
• Native German speaker
• English Full working proficiency
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the luxury industry and/or cold calling with a proven track record
• Master’s Degree required

Ideal skills and experiences:

• Well-spoken and well-mannered sales with experience in meeting, presenting and pitching top notch
products or services
• Strategic prospecting
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work under pressure with high motivation and a positive attitude
• Target and detail-oriented
• Very strong communication skills and ability to persuade sophisticated and high-class clientele.
