Role:
You are part of a young, dynamic, and passionate team based in Barcelona in an office co-work environment. Your main role is to proactively develop a business plan to increase the InsiJets brand recognition within the region assigned to you.
Daily tasks will involve educating, guiding, and supporting prospects and new clients while providing top Private Jet industry consulting.
Selling our services to customers and representing the brand and organizing flights. This can include asking questions to pinpoint the best offerings, giving presentations, and maintaining customer relationships:

Reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as email, phone, text, and social media.

Establishing a portfolio of clients, identifying new clients through cold calling, networking, and managing online enquiries

Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections and landing deals that are beneficial to the company

Building long term beneficial relationships with both clients and supplier

Managing executive charter bookings from enquiry to completion

Essential requirements:

Native French speaker

English Full working proficiency

Minimum 1 year of outbound cold calling and a proof track record

Ability to exceed sales financial targets

Ability to demonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process.

Starting salary €30,000 +10% (outbound) uncapped commission, 5% (inbound) uncapped commission
