Junior Sales Executive ı Flying Group
A Junior Sales Executive is a member of FLYINGGROUP’s commercial team, in particular the B2B Charter Sales team. She/He will work under the supervision of the Sales Director.
The B2B Charter Sales team has the joint objective of organizing and selling charter missions on the designated charter fleet to professional clients, brokers and other operators.
Tasks:

Handle all incoming charter requests whether by phone, email, Avinode or any other channel.

Asses if the request may result in a commercial opportunity in respect of the availability of the fleet, expectations of FLYINGGROUP and the aircraft owners and provide quotes.

Follow-up interesting opportunities that were quoted.

Coordinate with other departments to assess the feasibility of confirmed quotes in detail. Mitigate issues where required.

Issue the charter agreement (contract) and look after the correct execution by all involved parties.

Follow-up on the invoicing and payment terms.

Monitor the preparation and execution of the charter missions.

Handle changes and rescheduling if this impacts the price, revenue or owner’s approval conditions.

Manage the administration and profitability of each sold mission.

Represent FLYINGGROUP with the highest standards – Participate in network events and be a proud ambassador of the FLYINGGROUP brands and products.

Protect the interests of FLYINGGROUP, its partners and its aircraft owners.

Adhere to the guidelines and principles outlined in the Charter Sales Procedure Manual.

Participate in the roster and cover early, late and weekend shifts.
Secondary tasks may be requested such as:

Prospection and market research.
-
Searching and contracting other operators for sub charter assignments.

Reporting and presentation tasks.

Marketing-related tasks.
Profile:
-
You are solution-driven and highly customer-minded.

You have experience in tourism and/or (business) aviation, preferably in a commercial role.

Good communication skills (written and spoken) in English are a must. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.

You are well organized, resistant to stress and able to multitask.

You have a good geographical knowledge.

You are flexible and willing to work in shifts and during weekends.

You are a great team player with an enthusiasm for aviation.
