Our private jet sales team takes care of the entire process from inquiry to flight, so that our customers can just get on the plane and enjoy their trip. Our clientele includes movie and music stars, athletes and private individuals. Our private jet department handles all types of flights for business meetings, fashion shows or marriage proposals.

Job description:


LIFE AS AN ACS BROKER

Building your list of potential customers by researching internal and external databases, websites and social media
Pro-actively target your list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both in-person and virtual) and convert prospects into ACS clients
Building relationships with private jet operators to ensure we are able to offer the most suitable aircraft for clients' requirements
Build and maintain customer relationships to secure repeat business
Ensure you consistently exceed both your sales activity and financial targets
Ensure company procedures are followed methodically and chronologically to ensure the protection of both ACS and the customer
Demonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and charter process
Manage charter bookings from request to completion
Flight observation/monitoring of flight departures
Establish a broad and effective network of contacts within and outside the organization
Making prompt, clear decisions that may involve difficult choices or weighed risks


THE PERSON      

You are customer-focused, ambitious and driven    
You have already worked in customer-facing positions, ideally in the luxury segment of travel sourcing 
You are resilient, have a positive attitude and are interested in aviation  
Highly motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed targets  
You are confident and have very good communication skills 
Flexible and willing to work out of hours (Aviation is not 9-5)!  
YOU MUST HAVE A VALID GERMAN/EUROPEAN DRIVER'S LICENSE 
YOU BRING WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL
