Harmony Jets is a rapidly expanding aircraft management company based in Malta, specializing in providing tailored private jet services to a discerning clientele. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Deputy Sales Manager / Sales Manager to join our team. This key role will be integral to our mission of delivering exceptional service while maintaining our reputation for excellence in the private aviation industry.

 

Position Overview:

 

The Deputy Sales Manager / Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales operations of the company, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team, manage key client accounts, and contribute to strategic sales planning and execution. As a leadership figure, your efforts will help foster long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and elevate the Harmony Jets brand.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Officers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet individual and team targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients. Understand their specific needs and provide tailored private jet solutions.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve company goals, maximize revenue, and expand the client base.

  • Oversee the management of client inquiries, ensuring prompt responses, accurate quotations, and seamless flight arrangements.

  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience, including flight coordination, invoicing, and payments.

  • Monitor and report on sales team performance, setting clear objectives and KPIs. Track sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision, and that their experience with Harmony Jets exceeds expectations.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and travel restrictions to provide clients with the most up-to-date and relevant information.

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within aviation, luxury services, or high-end customer service industries.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a sales team to success.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients and build lasting relationships.

  • A results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages, especially Arabic or European languages, are a plus.

  • Flexibility to work outside of standard hours, including weekends or holidays, to accommodate client schedules.

  • A customer-oriented approach with a keen attention to detail and a passion for luxury services.
